Our farm relies on the most highly qualified personnel in the industry.  We do not only grow and export roses, but also build our own greenhouses, manage our watering systems, and even put together our plants.  Thus, we require highly trained people who are conscious of their involvement in the entire production process.

Our personnel is compensated with every benefit required by law, yet we believe this is not enough.  Additionally, our farm offers a permanent medical facility, with a full time doctor and fully-stocked on-site pharmacy.  These medical services are free of charge and are inclusive of all of our employees’ family members in any degree of kinship.

Our farm also provides hearty and balanced meals free of charge to its entire staff.

Our field workers are provided with all the necessary safety devices and apparel to guarantee their physical integrity and good health.  Certain employees who are exposed to higher risk tasks are also compensated with a private health insurance policy, which enables them to receive medical attention and compensation on top of required State-offered Social Security policies.

We regularly carry out vaccination programs, provide our employees with dental services, and offer compensation for any necessary laboratory services.
